Who runs this site

Hundred is run by Tessa Wacke, an individual, who is the controller of the personal data described here. These details will be updated when a company is registered to run Hundred.

What we collect

• The early access form: your email address, and what you choose to add: company, role, number of Sage 100 companies, and your use case. We also store the time of the signup and the page you sent the form from.
• Ad click data: if you came from a Google ad, the click identifier Google adds to the link (gclid). If the link carries campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content), we store those too. We read them from the page address, not from cookies.
• Server logs: for each request, the web server logs your IP address, the time, the page requested and the result. We use them only to run and secure the site, not for analytics, and we do not archive them.

We do not store your IP address with your signup.

Cookies and trackers

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. Fonts, styles and scripts all come from this server, so reading these pages sends no request to any other company. Links to other sites, such as the sources cited in our guides, only connect you to them when you click.

Why we use it

• Early access contact: to tell you when Hundred is ready and to learn which Sage 100 modules people need. You asked for this when you signed up (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b), steps taken at your request before a contract).
• Ad measurement: to learn which ads bring signups, so we stop paying for ads that do not work (our legitimate interest, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). You can object at any time; see below.

Google Ads conversion upload

If your signup carries a gclid, a daily job reports it to Google Ads as a "Waitlist signup" conversion. It sends only the click identifier and the time of the signup, never your email address or other form fields. Google links it to the ad click it already knows about. Signups without a gclid are never sent to Google. Google processes this data under its Ads data processing terms.

Where it is stored and who else processes it

• Our server: a virtual server at netcup in Germany. The signups and the server logs live there.
• Telegram: each signup sends a notification with the form fields to the owner through Telegram.
• GitHub: a daily job on GitHub Actions reads the list to count signups and to upload the conversions above. What it keeps is counts and the uploaded click identifiers, no email addresses.
• Email: if we send you a confirmation email, it goes through Resend, an email delivery service in the USA.

Some of these providers are outside the EU and are used under their standard data protection terms. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep your signup until Hundred launches, then we either ask you to become a user or delete it. We delete it earlier if you ask.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use (including the ad measurement), and receive a copy in a common format. You can also complain to a data protection authority, for example the one in the country where you live or work.
